An entirely handmade ceramic base, built from a fluid spiral structure. The surface is held within an aluminium rim, housing an LED panel beneath stained-glass-inspired porcelain tiles. The light is controlled by a remote system, allowing the piece to shift in tone and atmosphere.

The tiles are interchangeable, each individually made, offering subtle variation through colour and arrangement. Inspired by time spent in the north of France, in Foucarmont, where cathedral light and structure left a lasting impression, the work brings together a sense of weight and gentleness. It is more than an object. It carries a quiet sense of shelter.
